I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual therapy via telehealth in the state of Massachusetts. After receiving my degree from Moravian College in Pennsylvania, I spent several years working in a homeless shelter housing women, children, and families, providing a range of different supportive services. Later, I received my master's degree from Springfield College in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Substance Use Disorder Counseling, and joined the fight against addiction and the opiate epidemic, spending the next 6 years providing services to people with substance use and mental health disorders. Since COVID-19, I have broadened my scope and have been dedicated to offering support to a range of individuals, including college students, young adults, professionals, the Latino/a community, and individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and those with disabilities.
I'm a native New Yorker and proud New England transplant, although I am still an avid New York Yankees Fan. When I'm not spending time with patients, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and being outdoors with my dogs, friends, and family - no matter the season!
